ECI Data Networking Division's Support Services includes a variety of offerings designed to ensure the optimal performance and maximum availability of your network.

Technical Assistance Center (TAC)
Receive responsive service from our knowledgeable customer support engineers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our customer support organization is staffed with seasoned industry professionals with years of experience supporting service provider networks. Assistance is available via the Web, phone or e-mail.

Hardware Replacement
Designed to supplement your spares inventory, hardware replacement enables you to obtain same-day replacement of covered equipment. With parts depots in the U.S., Europe and Asia, you are assured of quick replacement regardless of your location.

Software Support
We are committed to continually providing you with the latest software enhancements to keep your network operating at peak performance. Through our secure Support site, you can easily download software updates, maintenance releases, major releases and release notes as they become available or access product documentation and MIBs.

Event Replication
We have invested significant engineering resources and millions of dollars in test and vendor equipment in its state-of-the-art quality assurance lab. With over 400 dedicated devices running Laurel code, our highly skilled support team can promptly isolate, reproduce and resolve your event.

Standard Warranty
All of our hardware and software is backed by a one-year standard warranty.
