Network Planning and Design
ECI's telecom experts bring years of service provider networking experience. This knowledge is applied in network planning and design consulting services designed to leverage your existing infrastructure investment, while evolving your network architecture to enable efficient delivery of new and existing services.

Equipment Furnishing and Installation
We contract with leading support organizations to offer comprehensive equipment furnishing and installation (EF&I) services on a global basis. No matter how large your EF&I needs, we can meet them.

Network Analysis
Our professional service engineers will evaluate your existing infrastructure, providing actionable recommendations to ensure optimization of network resources. Network analysis includes in-depth study of traffic patterns, network configuration and capacity utilization to aid you in achieving maximum network efficiency.

Service Management Design
Our professional service engineers can assist you in the migration of existing services as well as the creation of new services. Our technical experts will provide recommendations on how to best apply our unique mix of customizable routing protocol policy, connection management, Quality of Service, interface configuration and routing table policy to your network to enable a wide range of custom services.

On-site Maintenance and Upgrades
Whether you need assistance with parts replacement, routine maintenance, product configuration or planned upgrades, our trained field technicians can provide a wide range of services to ensure the long life and best possible performance of your DND products. This service is available on an as-needed basis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Dedicated Network Engineer
For those customers who require more focused support services, we can provide a dedicated, on-site network engineer for a 12-month period. Specifically, the network engineer provides technical consultation and assists with network management, installations and upgrades and new product/feature training. The network engineer also serves as a liaison with the our Technical Assistance Center, efficiently coordinating the resolution of any open issues.
