ECI Data Networking Division offers
three levels of reseller partnerships based upon the degree of
partner commitment: Silver, Gold and Platinum.
Silver
The Silver level partnership is designed for those partners who
make a basic commitment to resell ECI DND products and services.
Silver partnership requirements include:
· Resale of DND products and services
· Product installation and configuration services
· Basic internal product training
· Periodic sales status and forecasting updates
· ECI DND Reseller Partner Contract
Gold
The Gold level partnership is designed for those partners who
make a more extensive commitment to resell and support DND products
and services. The Gold partnership includes minimum purchase and
revenue commitments.
Gold partnership requirements include:
· Resale of ECI DND products and services
· Product installation and configuration services
· Pre and post-sale technical support, including
Level 1 and Level
2 support
· At least one resident ECI DND Certified Engineer
· Skilled internal product training
· Next-day hardware replacement capabilities
· Response to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
· Participation in joint marketing initiatives
· Purchase commitment (base requirement of an in-house
ECI DND lab)
· Revenue commitment
· Periodic sales status and forecasting updates
· ECI DND Reseller Partner Contract
Platinum
The Platinum level partnership is designed for those partners
who make the highest level of commitment to resell and support
Laurel Networks products and services. The Platinum partnership
includes greater purchase and revenue commitments.
Platinum partnership requirements include:
· Resale of ECI DND products and services
· Product installation and configuration services
· Pre and post-sale technical support, including
Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 support
· At least two resident DND Certified Engineers
· Expert internal product training
· End-user technical education services
· Four-hour, on-site hardware replacement capabilities
· Response to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
· Strategic marketing programs and initiatives,
including co-branded marketing collateral
· Purchase commitment
· Revenue commitment
· Periodic sales status and forecasting updates
· ECI DND Reseller Partner Contract
