Laurel Networks Expands into Asia and Launches Global Reseller Partner Program

Initiatives Support Growing Service Provider Demand in Key Growth Markets

Pittsburgh, PA - May 8, 2003 Laurel Networks, Inc., the first provider of high-performance service edge routers, today announced expansion into Asia and the launch of a Global Reseller Partner Program, broadening the company's ability to offer its service edge routers and service management software to the world's largest service providers.

Asian Expansion
To leverage opportunities in Asia, business development executives and network engineers have joined Laurel to lead market development, account and reseller activities from the company's Japan, Hong Kong and South Korea offices. Asian operations join Laurel's UK-based European headquarters, supporting deployments and trials across Europe.

Global Reseller Partner Program
Laurel's newly launched Global Reseller Partner Program was designed to accelerate the process of partnering with leading organizations in key growth markets such as Asia.
