Tony Scarfo, Executive Vice President & General Manager, Networking Division, brings to ECI over 25 years of experience in the access, optical and data telecommunications industry. Prior to joining ECI, he served as Vice President, Global Alliances and Partnerships, at Juniper Networks. Scarfo joined Juniper through its acquisition of Unisphere Networks, where he was Vice President of Marketing. Scarfo also spent a significant portion of his career at Lucent Technologies, as Vice President. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Manhattan College.

Robert Warden, Vice President of Engineering of ECI Telecom's Data Networking Division, brings over 10 years of industry experience in the design and implementation of high-speed switching systems. A co-founder of Laurel Networks, Mr. Warden led the hardware engineering teams at FORE Systems, where he spearheaded the design, implementation and market introduction of new ATM and IP switching systems installed in some of the world's largest service provider networks. The ATM and IP solutions introduced under Mr. Warden's direction generated more than $1 billion in sales and won numerous independent performance and feature tests.
